The Fat Snook is one of my top two favorite restaurants in Brevard County. The Fat Snook offers a full array of menu items with inspirational presentation, unique and tasty combinations of ingredients from high quality seafood to the most succulent steak, pork and chicken and even some yummy vegetarian items. The appetizers and salads will arouse your senses.

I highly recommend the following menu items: 1) 28oz Prime "Cowboy Cut" Ribeye with a Kona Coffee Rub and Guava BBQ sauce. Go easy on the appetizers and salads though. This one is filling. What you can't finish will be a great lunch tomorrow. 2) The Filet Mignon with Black Pepper and Hawaiian Black Lava Salt is prepared to perfection every time. 3) The nightly fish special is always a great selection. 4) The Wild Blue Crab Feature appetizer is prepared in a unique way every night.

Don't foget to make reservations. Seating is limited to 46 people and this restaurant is a favorite with many Brevard locals.
