Brevard County Sales History for July 2008 to August 2009

July 2008 to July 2009I recently put together some stats on single family homes and condos sales in Brevard County for the last 15 months of current data. As you can see below in the chart and spreadsheets there have been some big drops and some substantial increases in sales, especially in December 2008. I guess there were a lot of people from up north trying to escape the cold weather. It also has a lot to do with year end taxes but none the less it is amazing how many homes and condos sold in Brevard County for the month of December. It’s great to see the upward trend we are seeing now with condos and residential sales. The jump from January 2009 to July 2009 sees an increase of single family home sales from less than 400 to almost 600. That’s almost a 35% increase from the beginning of the year.
