Brevard County Property Appraiser Records Updated for 2010

That’s right. Today the Brevard County Property Appraiser updated their tax records for 2010. You can do a tax search here: http://www.brevardpropertyappraiser.com/asp/real_search.asp

What’s this mean? Our tax records are now reflective of current market conditions and the proposed taxes for next year have gone down a bit which is a welcome relief to home owners and potential buyers. On the flip side, home sellers will most likely have to adjust their prices down a bit if they want to sell since many home buyers, real estate agents, home appraisers and home evaluation website tools use tax records to help ascertain market value.
