Sold 2123 Dryden Ct Melbourne
Another property in which I represented the buyers. This home was a short sale property. It took about 3.5 months for the final bank approval and the buyers closed two weeks later. The house featured 4 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms with over 3000 square feet under air. The previous owners vacated the home several months prior to my buyers going under contract for the property, so when they did close the home needed a lot of “tidying up”. Overall they got a great deal on the home and were very happy. They purchased the house for $150,000.
Dexter Season Finale
Season 5 of Dexter ended last night. Lots of twists and turns in the plot line. I thoroughly enjoyed this season and I’m a bit sad I’ll have to wait for next season to get my Dexter fix. There is one question I have for all you fans: What did Quin say to Dexter at the end of the episode? He mumbles his lines so badly you can’t hear a word he says. I watched it over and over about 5 times (DVR) with the volume up and I still couldn’t understand what Quin said to Dexter. It was when Quin showed up at Dexter’s child’s first birthday. Quin thanked Dexter for the blood work. Dexter said he was just doing his job and Quin incoherently answered. Does anyone know what Quin said? Please help.
Sold 1915 Cypress Lake Drive Grant Valkaria
This wonderful home built on a 2.5 area lot in Grant – Valkaria sold for $194,900. This sale was because of a foreclosure. The new owner was first time home buyer and was very happy to get such a great deal.
We had some troubles getting the bank to set a final closing date because of the fact it was a foreclosure and it was around the time there was a lot of media coverage concerning banks “robo-signing” foreclosure documents. When we finally received the clear to close we didn’t hesitate to get everything finished.
