About Kyle Hogan Sales Executive, Realtor With My Florida Homes For Sale

I was born in California in 1970. Shortly after my birth, my family relocated to Lexington, Massachusetts. My early childhood days were spent in Massachusetts. In my free time I engaged in baseball, soccer and hockey with my friends. Apart from these games, I loved competing as a runner and ran my first competitive five mile run at the tender age of 6. I am still quite proud of it. What an achievement for a mere 6 year old. When I was 8, we moved to Indian Harbor Beach, Florida. There I received my education at three different public institutions; Ocean Breeze Elementary, Hoover Junior High School and finally Satellite High School in Satellite Beach. I never gave up outdoor sports activities and continued playing soccer and baseball all through school. The cities of Satellite Beach and Indian Harbor had no shortage of soccer and baseball fields and they offered well managed and popular league sports for kids. My natural athletic ability and the undying support from my family helped me to excel in sports activities. It was during my days at Hoover Jr. High School that I discovered the thrill and spirit of adventure synonymous with surfing. I have pursued it ever since and still go surfing whenever I can. To feel the rush of wind and the spray of water on my face, riding high on the waves is just like having an intimate date with the sea. Solely for the love of surfing and the exiting adventures, I frequent a different and new location each year and so far I’ve traveled to Nicaragua, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Mexico, France and Indonesia. Each and every year I travel for vacation I come back feeling invigorated and refreshed ready to help make peoples’ dreams come true of home ownership. During my off time when I’m not traveling you will find me spending time with my family and my dog, Huey or out playing tennis, golf, racquetball or fishing.

I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in business management. Go GATORS! After my college days, I continued living in Gainesville Florida from 1994 to 2002 to get a little hands on experience in conducting business. During those years, I joined a successful retail business, first a manager and then a partner in the firm. After the great experience and lessons I learned running the retail store in Gainesville, there a personal realization of my true entrepreneurial mindset and I set forth to open a restaurant/café which had always been a dream of mine. The story continues…

I moved back to Brevard County in Satellite Beach, Florida in the beginning of 2002 and decided to pursue my dream. The restaurant/café seemed to come to fruition and my home town seemed like a good place to start this dream. There were lots of recreational activities in the area and opening a restaurant would definitely bring me success. For quite a while, I scoured the area looking for the perfect location to set up business. Through my committed efforts to find the location, it was at that time I discovered that my real passion was for real estate and it seemed very clear to me that I had a great potential for it. I observed with growing interest and studied the changing trends in the market with a great deal of care. I started my career as a Realtor and within the first year, I began to learn all the nuances of the game and discovered the secret formula to success. It was just the beginning of the Real Estate Bubble in the 21st Century and I was already making my mark.

I attribute part of the success to my early days in running that retail business and from 2003 to 2008, I was the highest producing Realtor at my real estate brokerage. My clients are quite happy with my services and I have some regular customer who can vouch for me. I deal with my clients honestly, with integrity and they walk away feeling that they have acquired the perfect home at a negotiable rate. My foray into online marketing met with equal success and my Brevard County real estate website attracts over 20,000 unique visitors every month. In 2010 I joined My Florida Homes For Sale partly to diversify my listing portfolio and to take full advantage of the unique marketing strategies available for Brevard County. I am forever on the lookout for new methods and techniques for real estate marketing and I constantly try to improve my skills through education. All of my clients can testify the service they received was unparalleled; prompt, courteous and professional. I bring a new direction to the local real estate market with my aphorism, "global exposure and local expertise".

There are many qualities that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, in-depth market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, throughout my career working in the Brevard County area I've also found that providing high-quality service is essentially about putting my clients first - by keeping myself accessible, being a good listener and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach. So when you decide to sell your home or purchase a new home, please call or email me. I'll provide first-class service and an enjoyable experience.
